We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. With the exception of bespoke, made to order items or personalised items. Orders are shipped between Monday – Friday, not including Bank Holidays. A signature will be required upon delivery and a card will be left to rearrange delivery should no one be at home. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you of any unexpected delay. For international deliveries customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.

RETURNS

We are a small company and we want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging and with all labels attached. Any orders placed between the 1st December and 20th December will benefit from an extended returns period until 14th January.

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF BESPOKE, MADE TO ORDER OR PERSONALISED ITEMS

Items which have been advertised as bespoke, made to order or personalised at the time of the order being placed, cannot be cancelled. Products that are made especially for you may not be cancelled by you, either before or after delivery. These orders fall outside the Distance selling regulation (2000) which states that personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification are exempt. Bespoke, made to order or personalised items cannot be returned unless they have arrived damaged or with a fault. For all other items ordered you have the right to cancel the order either before delivery, or within 14 days of the delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You must inform us of your intent to return your purchase and the reason why, by contacting us at [email protected] or calling us on +44 (0)2073877897. Please remember to quote your order number.

Items are returned at your own cost. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting from your post office as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received by us.

LUXE55 is not responsible for lost returns.

Once we receive the returned item from you it will be inspected and we will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case; within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund.

This does not apply to bespoke, made to order or personalised products except in the case of defects.
